Order processing typically takes less than 24 hours or will ship on the next business day, if placed on a weekend. Once orders ship, they should arrive within 2-3 business days. 

• Free shipping will be automatically applied to all orders, for limited time only, as long as the total order weight does not exceed 15 pounds and the shipping address is within the contiguous United States (the 48 physically connected states).
• For orders over 15 pounds or outside the contiguous 48 states, shipping is intelligently calculated by our delivery partners (USPS and FedEx) based on the order weight and shipping location.

Yes, ACG will accept returns on any orders that fall within the following parameters.

1. For all ROMR customers, orders may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to ACG.
2. If you received your order and the items were damaged upon receipt, you must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date listed on the tracking number to receive a replacement or a full refund. This rule applies even to orders that were placed as gifts. We recommend all customers inspect each item's packaging for any visible damage before giving away to friends or family. Any returns outside of the 3 day period with visible damage to the packaging or bottles will be rejected.
